The Brown Bottle is located in the grand lobby of The Historical Russell Lamson Building. At 5th & Commercial Streets, just one block east of the Waterloo Convention Center at Sullivan Brothers Plaza in downtown Waterloo, this old hotel was built in 1913, the largest in its day West of Chicago, offering 250 rooms. You may have been to several Waterloo restaurants, but we will steal your heart with our food and hospitality.
